Earlier this month, Teatro Visión was pleased to welcome Cristina Garcia as the newest member of our Board of Directors. Cristina currently works in Ecosystem Partner Marketing for Gigamon. Previous to Gigamon, she worked for Latina Coalition Silicon Valley, SugarCRM,and Plantronics. 

Cristina serves as 2017 ELLA Chair for the Board of Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley, Board member at Latinas Contra Cancer and is now on the board of Teatro Vision! Welcome, Cristina 

Cristina believes in the mission and work of Teatro Visión because she feels we bring a needed voice to our community. Growing up in Salinas, she did not have a lot of opportunities to engage in social justice through the arts. Upon moving to East San José, she was excited to hear about Teatro and see first-hand the impact we've made. She's excited to be a part of that impact in any way she can.

In addition to her regular board duties, Cristina will be helping us take our marketing presence to the next level, particularly on our social media channels. Please welcome her to the Teatro família and look for her work online in the very near future!
