Youth Production

Teatro Visión's 2020 youth production is Esperanza Rising. Young people age 12-18 will be invited to audition.
Based on classic book by Pam Muñoz Ryan, Esperanza Rising is a classic coming-of-age story about 12-year-old Esperanza. It's 1929 and, when tragedy strikes her family, Esperanza has to leave her life of wealth and privilege in México for a migrant labor camp in California. In this strange new place, Esperanza learns about strength, hope, and perseverance.
