On Saturday, July 12, 2014, Teatro Visión will partner with the Gardner Family Care Corporation to present Maestros de la Vida: Stories of Seniors in Our Community. This unique theatrical event marks the culmination of a collaborative project initiated by Teatro Visión Co-Founder and Artistic Director Elisa Marina Alvarado and will feature the life stories of community elders told in monologues by professional actors.
The show begins at 6 p.m. at MACLA (Movimiento de Arte y Cultura Latino Americana), 510 South First Street in San José. There will be a reception prior to the show at 5 p.m.
