Support a special artistic collaboration between Teatro Visión and City Lights Theater Company!

Teatro Visión is teaming up with City Lights Theater Company to co-produce Miss You Like Hell, with book by Quiara Alegría Hudes, music by Erin McKeown, and lyrics by Hudes and McKeown. Performances will be in 2023 at City Lights's downtown venue AND at Teatro Visión's performance home in the Mexican Heritage Plaza on the Eastside.

Miss You Like Hell tells the story of Olivia, a Latinx teenage girl, on a cross-country road-trip with her estranged mother, Beatriz, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico on the verge of deportation. Along the way, as the pair navigates being an immigrant in United States, their misadventures lead them to rediscover themselves, each other, their heritage, and what it means to be "family."
